The results revealed that the mean values of Enterobacteriacae count in positive samples were 1.05 × 105 ± 3.71 × 104 and 4.21 × 105 ± 9.71 × 104 of examined raw cow milk collected from governmental and private farms, respectively while the respective count in positive samples of raw buffalo milk were 9.71 × 104 ± 4.56 × 104 and 2.95 × 105 ± 5.93 × 104.The major identified Enterobacteriacae was Serratia marscence in positive samples of raw cow milk from governmental and private farms with an incidence of 19.23 and 18.75%,respectively. While, the respective incidence rate of Enterobacter aerogenes which ranked as the most frequent isolates in the positive buffalo milk samples was 14.28 and 17.5%.In addition to, Citrobacter spp, E.coli, Hafnia alveli, Proteus mirabilis, Providencia spp ,salmonella spp and Y.enterocolitica which also identified in different percentages.
