ERIC-PCR Genotyping relation of Vibrio Parahaemolyticus Isolated from Infected Oreochromis niloticus and Poultry Manure as Fish Feed

Abstract
The reported study has been undertaken to check about Two hundred freshwater fish samples from Kafr –Elshiekh and Al-Behera farms and Twenty Samples from sablah as fish farm feed. We isolate Vibrio Species from fish and sablah and found that there are 3 strains from vibrio common between fish and sablah ( V.anguillirum, , V.vulnificus , and finally V.Parahaemolyticus) which is the more dominant strain between fish and sablah samples. Also we apply ERIC-PCR finger print of random samples of vibrio
parahaemolyticus isolated from fish (Oreochromis Niloticus ) and Sablah to show the similarity of both. the result showing that there is a minor role of sablah as fish farm feed in transmission of vibrio Parahaemolyticus to fish farms which eat infected sablah ( only one sample are similar between fish and sablah) about (10%)only. Although the sablah is not the main cause in spread of vibrio Parahaemolyticus infection in fish. Yet, it plays a more or less important role in infection of fish with the bacterium that will require more studies and new searches.

Key words: Oreochromis Niloticus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus ,ERIC-PCR, Sablah.
