Abstract
An 8- weeks feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effect of probiotic Anabeana algee added to ration of Nile Tilapia on weight gain, survival rate, immunity, hematological studied, serum biochemistry and its protective effect againest the challenge with A. hydrophila I/P injection .Sixty Nile Tilapia were divided into three groups: control fed on non- supplemente ration, group fed on ration contain Anabeana 10 gm/kg and group fed on ration contain Anabeana 15gm /kg, (control, A1 and A2) and were fed ration equal 3% of the total fish body weight. The results indicated that A2 had high growth performance, immunological effect and protective effect againest A. hyrophila infection.

Key words: : Anabeana, Nile Tilapia, body weight, survival rate, immunity, A. hydrophila, hematological study, serum biochemistry
