This study was carried-out for investigation of some hematological, biochemical, ultrasound changes and health condition in relation to some treatment protocols for pyometra in queens. Tweenty one queens ( 2 – 10 years old ) suffering from metritis that were admitted to private clinic in Alexandria Province were diagnosed to have metritis according to history, clinical signs, diagnosis was confirmed by ultrasonography examination. The queens were divided into 3 equal groups (each group containing different ages), all of the groups received cabergolin, PGF2-α and one type of antibiotis (Amoxicillin, Doxycylin or enrofloxacin) for consecutive seven days. Blood samples were collected before treatment start and just after tretment protocols end. Complete blood count was carried and also evaluation of some renal, hepatic functional parameters and glycemic state. Our results concluded that, feline endometritis is associated with leukocytosis and anemia, metritis in cat may disturb renal, hepatic functions and glucose statement, all of the treatment protocols efficiently alleviated hematological and serum biochemical changes related to metritis, the best antibiotic in treatment of feline endometritis was amoxicillin relying on clinical, ultrasonography and conception rate and the treatment was more efficient in young queens than older once.
