Abstract
The aim examine estrus synchronization and the impact of treatments such as Nano PGF2α, conventional PGF2α, and PMSG on reproductive parameters with levels of the hormones LH and FH.
There was two parts first, the preparation of SNL PGF2α, PMSG, second part protocoled in a series of experiments for determination of The correlation of FSH and LH level with reproductive parameters after therapeutic by the hormone of Nano-Lipid PGF2α–PMSG the estrus cycle and ovulation.Material and method :- The first step of Nano-Lipid PGF2α-PMSG preparation was conducted using solvent diffusion. The lipid phase consists of a dissolving and a lipid form. Part two consisted of an experiment to determine the correlation between FSH and LH levels after collection of blood at 7 a.m., 1 p.m., and 7 p.m. under protocolled estrus synchronization-superovulation by SNLP of PGF2α – PMSG formulas in female mice. female mice 30, age 8 weeks, used for bioassays.
Results :- A scanned and transmission depiction of the SNLPMSG and SNLPGF2α showed fine spherical separated vesicular assemblies and a small size of the Nano-Lipid; the challenge SNLPGF2α and SNLPMSG showed in Estrus Cycle Synchronization: Nano PGF2α has been associated with enhanced estrus cycle regularity and preparatory proestrus phases. Conventional PGF2α showed robust estrus phase synchronization, although its effectiveness in the early phase was slightly lower. attributed to controlled FSH and LH dynamics, respectively. In Follicular Development: Nano-and conventional PGF2α treatments enhance follicular progression, Nano- formulations seem more effective in reducing atretic follicles, which is crucial for better ovarian health.

Key words: Nanoparticles( PGF2α PMSG), Hormonal Dynamics, Estrus Synchronization, Ovarian Health, Mice, Reproductive Parameters
